I like Crisis Core, but some cutscenes between Zach and Aerith are difficult to watch.. is like a young adult dude, easily 20 or 21 being that he's made it to Soldier 1st class, with a nearly prepubescent little girl.

Zack and Aerith are only one year apart in age. They met when they were around 16-18 of age and were together for a while until Zack's death at 23 (while Aerith was 22) 🥲

@@ibedits_official That is canonically untrue, they did however de-age Zach for the remaster and the 7 remake because it was creepy, look into it. Originally Aerith was 14 while Zach was 19 during the main CC, 23 after Nibelheim.

You are factually wrong. Zack is 23 currently with Aerith being 22. That has always been the case. During CC time Aerith is 16 while Zack is 17. 1 year bro. Don't make shit up.

@@Not.Giuseppe No, Zack was at a very young age (14) when he left his hometown to join SOLDIER, he was still second class when he met Aerith and they were around 16-17 years old. It's been made clear ever since CC up to remake that Zack and Aerith are only one year apart in age. In detail, Zack was mostly around 16 years old at the beginning of the game, Crisis Core. He then meets Aerith a year later at most (17 years old). The Nibelheim incident occurs two years later, making him 19 years of age. Then after four years of being inside the Mako tube, he escapes and fights off against Shinra to get back to Aerith, but dies at the age of 23. This just shows that Zack and Aerith met at a proper age gap, but healthily, they started off as friends. It's only after a little more time of spending together that they start dating. The timeline in CC shows that Zack and Aerith were together for a while, and not a short while. Hence, their relationship is pretty far from being defined as creepy.
