As a lifelong sorter and organizer I’ve learned any well designed system is always improving. You can even start near the top, but there’s always room for improvement.

That is great organization. Would also love to see Matt take a tour of Ron Paulks smart woodshop/trailer.

I built out my 7x12 v-nose trailer based on Ron Paulk’s trailer/plans. Hands down best trailer setup on KZbin.

Not too shabby! I enjoy Zach’s passion and like to see his processes.

Hey Zach . Great set up I will be incorporating some of your organization into our trailer. I wish I had room for the Keegan Forman. That’s a great thing to have set up for mock ups and quick pocket screws. Great job thanks for sharing

Nice. Gotta show you my 12 trailer too. Bought it in 2023 and insulated the ceiling, floors and build shelves Ron Paulk style. Set up for wood working, ladder rack etc. I am an electrician, wood worker that does mostly Comerical Building Maintence right now. I also do my own cabnets and finishing carpentry, basement developments. Service and Maintenance Electrical. The trailer have mitre stand and drawers one side. Table saw and outfeed on the other side. Both side come out passive restraint. It is heated, c/w removable porta potty, air compressor. French cleat removable shelves. Desk, table for office and work shack. I thought of everything. I started the build with camping in mind and the evolved into work trailer. Walls are white with Provincial wood stain Russian Birch and Ron Paulk Drawers and Cubbies. LED strip lighting and electrical panel. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It has been a fun project. Thanks to Ron Paulk . Check him out. TKX Danny

Ron Paulk's SmART (Smaller Awesome Rolling Toolbox) sets the bar for tool trailer storage and organization, IMHO. There are always improvements to be made to any tool storage trailer system.

My dad was a quality handy man, but he really could have used this video about twenty years ago. He used to waste unprecedented amounts of time running back and forth from job site to big box store multiple times PER DAY to pick up one or two items he hadn't thought he would need.

Here is how weird I am. I want a tool tailer so bad. and for absolutely NO REASON. Mostly my Mechanics tools but carpenters tools also. I have a big shop, but dangint I want a fun trailer. My thought process is in case a family friend or church needs some work done, I can just hook up and go and not worry about loadingtool I THINK I may need or forget anything. Costly endevour but I hope I can complete it some day soon.

You're not weird man I want the same thing...just not practical *right now*. But some day!

Not weird at all. Speaking from experience here!

I want one too because mine keep getting stolen. I had a pickup but they stole my tools out of the back. Then I got a box truck because my insurance company wouldn’t cover the tools in the trailer or back of a truck. Then my box truck was stolen. Then I was using my van and someone tried to carjack me at gunpoint. It was shot full of bullet holes and totaled out by my insurance. Now I’m working out of a “mom van” and trying not to get noticed.

As a full time Hnadyman, I felt the same way before I started my business....now it is my daily office! I love this whole business/tool as a way to share and improve our efficiency. Go grab a cheap 6x12 and have fun!

This is cool too but I think Ron Paulks design would probably take the spot of most organized in the world lol most builds I can find on KZbin are his design or a variation of it.

Id put my tool trailer up aganist his anyday. His is not bad. But i modeled mine after the Master Ron Paulk Tool Trailers.

Nothing worse than having to buy two or three of the same tool, while knowing the original is “in there somewhere”.

Is this a joke? Two dozen wire nuts of one size in a glorified tackle box? This is like a DIY dad trailer.
