(i abhor that type of writing) im going for the purity of emotion. no main character. everyone plays a role in their own demise, salvation, destruction, realization. no politics, no religion. no hidden agenda, no environmental symbolism. just reality based in fiction. i grew up reading Stephen King and Edgar Allen Poe. this story will be my masterpiece.

Blood was gushing out of his wound, as he lied there half awake. You'd think mercy would come at this point however the man upon the wounded soldier had something else in mind. He smiled, a cruel smirk splitting his lips in half as he held up his blood dripping sword in the air. He seemed as if he was enjoying every single bit, nourishing his soul from the weakened cries of the bloodied man. And with every force he had, he thrusted his sword, driving it with raw untarnished anger, his eyes glistening with pure pleasure, into the man's chest, deeper and deeper.... It was a man's revenge at its most brutal raw form.

I see this as the point the giant realizes that humanity is coming to get him, to end his race once and for all and this track is the moment we see the both the Giant and the human forces preparing for battle.
