Love Bibi! At the beginning, she’s at Kim Hyunseok’s funeral. At the end, we find out she’s the one who took him out. Great storytelling in this video. Yess react to her title tracks! Best lover, vengeance, and sugar rush are so good. binu is her debu. It’s a play on words bc in Korean it means fresh or new, and it sounds like “be new”. Blade is amazing and is about her using success (also a literal blade) as a weapon and how it was more powerful than “snitching”. Her whole album is a crazy confession / vent of a really abusive highly illegal relationship she was in and I’m pretty sure she got rid of him irl bc of how good her story telling is lol…. she said he had suffered abuse in her past. She have implied it was someone famous in Korea but have never disclosed who it was. She had an era where she dealt with that, and this one being one of the songs for that. You should also watch Animal Farm and Jotto to "complete" this area. She have other stuff but this and Jotto are very personal and hit harder because of that. Animal Farm is a bit of fun but with undertones. Her newer stuff is more "light".
