For some reason I can imagine Zack Hemsey making a pilgrimage up a mountain. After several days of traveling with nothing but what is on his back. He finally reaches the top to find a temple. An old man in robes comes out. Zack approaches the sage. Sage: "What is it that you seek young one?" Zack: "I seek wisdom from the wise." Sage: "Making another album?" Zack: "Yea." Sage: "Alright take a seat, I've been saving these for you."

@@wheresmycar9676 I think I just had my first stand-up routine! It all just started a simple call from the "American Association for hearing aids" and me doing a Hans Mole-Man impression from the the Simpsons saying "what? who??.. Is this Nancy, can you turn my volume up?" And both sides of the conversation wound up having way more fun than anyone should have with some company calling about hearing aids or as I was calling them "my dear friends helping me with the AIDS in my ears." By the end, you could tell a group of people were listening in and muffling their laughter to my responses like "are the ear devices big? Because I want to pretend I can't hear people." They said it was a recorded call and I'm actually going to ask for a copy when they call me back Friday. I asked if the FBI was listening when told the calls were recorded for quality assurance purposes and she said "haha oh no no.. Haha they don't care about us" and I said " oh....well I do." And she had a legitimately not staged "aww" One guy could be heard laughing and having to leave the room and saying "omg like UP bahaha..." when they asked if in lived in an apartment or a house and I said "I wish I could put balloons on the roof and fly off a nice old fashioned adventure... Like that delightful movie about me and the plump Asian boy scout. I was in the boy scouts once, Just like him! ....but we never took a house anywhere :( " And the first girl I talked to definitely have people a heads up that someone special was on line X after I told her "thank you. you were very kind and I didn't even have to pretend to not hear you once" and she transferred me but not fast enough to hear her burst into laughter. And then the next lady Katharine answered and said she was with the Finances Department and I said "Oh BOTHER, that's my least favorite of the departments. They always want my money..." And a guy and a girl (maybe the original girl on the call) tried realllly hard to muffle their laughter and Katharine said "Hahaha oh well I sure am sorry to hear there that! Maybe we can change that today!" And I responded with "oh goodie! Will you give ME fifty quarters instead of taking all my pennies and nickels?" The whole thing just made my night.. time to get back to "TCB-ing!! 666

I know it's been half a decade or more since you posted this comment, and the likelihood of you seeing it is pretty slim, but I just wanted you to know that even though I don't know you, and you don't know me, that YOU MATTER. Your life exists for a reason, and you can do virtually anything you set your mind to. Always stay strong, and defy that negative voice in your head every. single. day. You are STRONGER than that depression, it does NOT, nor EVER WILL, define your life. You can, will, and already have, risen above it. God bless you my friend, and may your life's hardships be matched and multiplied with your life's triumphs! This is a message to you, me, and ANYONE else who has struggled, or is struggling, with depression. Remember to take pleasure in the joy of BEING, and remember that you matter to at least one person in your life, and you have all touched their hearts in ways you'd never have even considered. All my love to everyone here ❤

I know this is not interesting at all, but for me, this song encapsulates hope. It talks about the past mistakes the narrator has made, how he isnt the one he once was and doesnt even recognize himself. He reminisces about the past but also notices that he has to accept the mistakes and move on to reach his goal that lays so far ahead that worrying or crying over the past isnt even an option. He already feels regret and doesnt want to further increase this feeling of not fulfilling his own desires and just watch himself rot away, so he sets forth. He strays forward with new vigor and is ready to achieve his goal, no matter what.

We're all here for one reason, we've all gone through tough shit. And we're here for inspiration to get it back. It's tough to, though, and we always feel like there is no way out. But when we listen to this masterpiece, it kicks us into gear to go out and get the work done. We, the ones who've listened to this song, are the ones who pursue our dreams to the point where we don't care for what others think of us. We don't care if they think we're too serious. We don't care if they think we're too mature for our age or are too goal oriented. Because we got it back. You got it back.

The first verse perfectly depicts how i felt when i lost my father. The second verse sums up me getting my act together and pulling my socks up and working to come back from the grief. hope you're doing well too buddy above ^.

The notions you put into these songs, the raw emotion, the exemption of society to a straight immersion of feelings thoughts and intellect is crucial for a determination, "a destination that bridge must be crossed" . Keep at it brah, the soul speaks thru sounds. Much respect- Rollya J

I've been listening to Ronin since the day you put it on youtube, and this is definitely my favorite track. I love the unexpected combination of instruments, the variation in intensity, and the lyrics especially. It reminds me of a phoenix rising from the ashes. Also, joining everyone else in hoping for instrumental versions some day. You're amazing, keep it up.

This is so far beyond music I don't even compare it on the same level.. it's like comparing a candle to a hydrogen explosion. I wonder if when he wrote this he ever intended on it to save a life. After Reading the comments and experiencing the change brought on from just this track I cannot even fathom how many lifes this may have saved. I seriously only wish this track kept going longer.
