Corny you should get the New Blood FPS Trilogy over the summer (during steam summer sale). It contains the games Ultrakill, DUSK, and AMID EVIL. Dusk and Amid are fantastic Quake reskins while Ultrakill does its own spin on FPS. They're all damn good packed with fast-paced action (Ultrakill being the fastest). The price of all 3 combined average out to purchasing one Call of Duty (before MW2) installment ($58.47 without sale).

@@josephboyer3130 Dusk has lots of new mechanics (weapons included) compared to Quake, but when you look at the bare bones gameplay its essentially another (great) take on Quake. Amid is more slower with more fantasy mechanics, but also like Dusk, its a fast-paced 3D shooter with an arsenal of numerous weapons against several kinds of foes.
