If you’ve seen the promo images, the second DLC shows a mysterious Rabbid character who is most likely the villain of it. The broken statue during the Darkmess Edge battle looks VERY similar to the character. 1:50:58

In the beginning of Kingdom battle, there was a fully voice acted cutscene showing where beep-o, and the rabbid characters, came from. That was also the only fully voiced cutscene I think. That cutscene also showed us who beep-o's creator is. That message was from said creater. That's a cool detail to tho! Edit: How could I forget about the opera singer?! That was one of the best parts of the first game!

I like the MEMORIES in this game. Apart from giving us more information about the characters and environment discussed, it also gives you more information on JEANIE and her interests, as well as letting us hear her opinions and feelings on various topics such as being moved by Woodrow's poems, finding Wildclaws both menacing and cute at the same time, the prospect that Rabbid Luigi childish naïveté makes her (metaphorically) smile etc. I just think that the concept of detailing the characters, enemies and places and having JEANIE explain them (as well as giving her two cents) was just really cool.

Loved watching you play it. I took a different approach with Darkmess Bowser. I listened to mama and had all my characters flank him on the left. We used our movement abilities as much as possible to deal with the enemies along the way. Then focused our attacks on bowser. Then we got to his platform and started dashing him, taking cover and performing our attacks. A key strategy to this game is maximizing the use of your movement ability. I had peach on my team roster and used her defense on the team when they were out in the open. Now I’ll try a different strategy on the boss replay hahaha. For Darkmess Edge I did the same as I did with bowser. We flanked her on one side. Dashed her, run away, spread them out and attack. I didn’t leave them together as much since Darkmess Edge’s attack chain links. These were fun mini bosses.
