ok, fine. I buy stock when rating of a stocks goes to 1, but what do I do if rating drops on the very next day or next week??? Hold until rating drops to 4? 5? Sell now??? unclear....

Seems like a nice & honest guy. Reminds me a bit of The Waltons many years ago. I guess it helps that Zacks is also a privately owned investment firm as opposed to some of the others which are owned by big financial institutions. Very informative also.

I would like to know, how the performance looks like depending on the State, the broker fees ( buy sell multiple times in short term) and the taxes charged by the government for each transaction would impact this performance.

What to do if you buy a zacks number 1 stock that was added yesterday and today it falls and has turned to zacks number 3 ? Most of the zacks number 1's I bought fall and turn to zacks number 3 ?

I don't use it directly, just for additional anchor point to solidify my opinions. But some of the Zacks#1 stocks like Meta and Mitsui turned out to be winners.
