Zack, I came back from a month-long trip in Japan in May and (same as you) I have completely fallen in love with the country and the culture - the absolute care and respect with which the Japanese people carry out even the simplest tasks. We have much to learn. Great content too man, I have been watching you guys on three channels and it was epic, very motivational for my training and just wholesome content. Cheers!

I felt all of that in your reflection of Japan and what you liked. I've been fortunate enough to go to japan 10 times for work and have spent a lot of time in Tokyo and Yokohama. Just an incredible country. I also agree, I miss the people. Made a lot of friends there. Don't get to go back as much anymore, unfortunately. Everything you mentioned I felt and agree with. Just a great place.

Makes me happy to see you guys enjoy Japan and be welcomed into their weightlifting culture. Whenever I have lived there I wasn't able to find good places to lift weights (and affordably), because gyms just aren't as common as in the US for example and I think lifting weights is not as popular there. But now I'm motivated to try to find a good gym the next time I stay.

Great final video from Japan! I've been living here over 15 years and this helped bring back perspective to things. Not everything is perfect here, but considering what a massive city it is, it's pretty dang good. By the way, Tenkaippin ramen! That's my go-to junk food, and it looks like you did the right thing and got the kotteri broth. Next time you come, ask for the spicy garlic and drink the remaining soup like a total pig.
