She is not dead just drained after having Azazel spirit was ripped from her. You see Panda carry her off carefully a bit later and did not look like someone that would be dead. Considering how touching and emotional the scene was with her and Jin I would have liked it if they gave a small moment to show she was resting or something but at the end you see her clearly alive in well in post credit postcards scenes.

Lili is insane: somoene just died in fornt of her and she's just like "Yeah sure whatever, let's go to Yakushima with my jet" with the most casual tone ever. Writing has never been tekken's forte but jesus christ.
