(Ingredients For Zafrani Pulao Or Zafrani Rice)
Chawal (Basmati Rice) = 1 and half glass (500g aprox)
Doodh (Milk) = Half Cup.
Zafran (Saffron) = 2 pinch.
Badam (Almonds) = 10-12.
Kaju (CASHEW NUT) = 10.
Kishmish (Raisin) = 2 table spoon.
Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 2.
Piyaaz (Onion) = 1 small size.
Neebu (LEMON) = Half.
Daalchini (Cinnamon Stick) = 2 Pieces.
Hari Elichi (Green Cardamom) = 2.
Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = Half tea spoon.
Namak (Salt) = 1 tea spoon.
Ghee = 1 and half table spoon.
