Interesting. Tom had a very misaligned jaw which was corrected surgically. I don't consider that to be typical Hollywood plastic surgery. He really needed it for quality of life. The misaligned jaw affected his teeth causing severe crowding and protusion, and crooked front teeth. He fixed the jaw first before his career took off and then took care of his teeth. I love his strong male features and his imperfect perfect nose. He is like a fine wine that gets better with age.

Let's be honest. When he was in his 20's he looks like any good looking tiktok guys nowdays. But what makes him so insanely attractive is his smile and that feminine jaw. Also thanks to orthodontist who fixed his teeth. Also, i think it comes to genetic that he has symmetrical face. He was poor raised by single mother so I think it has to do with genetic and not environmental factor.
