INGREDIENTS :
For Masala :
8-10 Green Cardamoms
4-5 Cloves
2 Star anise
2 mace
small piece of Cinnamon
½ Nutmeg
For Rice
2-3 Green Chillies
2 green cardamoms
2-3 Cloves
2 tbsp Salt
800 g basmati Rice (soaked 30 mins)
boiled Potatoes
oil for frying
100-150ml Oil
1 medium Sliced Onion
2 Bay leaves
½ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp black pepper
2 black cardamoms
3-4 Cloves
4-5 green cardamoms
800g Chicken
3 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 green chillies
1 tsp salt
puree of 3 tomatoes
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
100g Yogurt
100g yogurt + ¼ tsp orange food colour
2 Sliced tomato
1 peeled Lemon
handful of fresh coriander and mint leaves
some dried plums
some fried onions
½ tsp keora water

JazakAllah khayr for accepting my request to make sindhi biryani. Living in UK and having so many pakistani friends gave me the experience of making this chatpati sindhi biryani. I have learnt so much from them. Or apse bhi bohot achi tips mili hain. Mai 3 saal se yeh biryani every month bana rahi thi. Ab jaakar mujhe tricks ayi hain isko behtar banane ke liye. May Allah bless you. But i miss dilli ka khana. Qeema, kabab joh zaika humare mulk ke gosht mein hai woh apko kahin nahin milta. Yahan aakr toh maine qeema banana ho chorr diya. It tastes fine but smells not good. Bas chicken biryani hi behtar lagti hai. Thank you again for the video. 😊😊
