1250 gm chicken 1 Nimbu Half tbsp salt 1 tbsp chat masala Half tbsp red chilli powder Orange food color 3 pinch Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp Mix well and put aside for 2 hrs Fry 4 medium size onions till golden brown and put aside 2.5 tbsp melon seeds (magaz) Roast for 15 to 20 seconds 2 tbsp khaskhas Roast for 15 to 20 seconds 5 to 6 tbsp dessicated coconut powder Roast till light golden brown and put everything aside 4-5 tbsp cooking oil 25 to 30 cashew Fry till golden brown Seperate it from the oil and add peanut 25-30 in the same oil Slow heat for 5 6 minutes 1 tbsp oil Put chicken on slow heat and put aside Crush the onion which we have put aside Prepare a paste of 1 medium size onions till and 3 tomatos In 200 ml cooking oil Add 1 dalchini 2 elaichi 5 long 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste and roast well Then lower the heat and add 1 tbsp red chilli powder Half tbsp haldi 2 tbsp kasmiri lal mirch powder 2 tbsp dhaniya powder Stir for 20 seconds and the paste of onion and tomato and let it cook Then grind the coconut powder and khaskhas which we made earlier then after grinding add kaju and peanut in the same jar Now the masala which we have left to cook on low heat for 5 minutes open it and stir and add add 150 gm dahi Check the chicken is it cooked or not if not add some boiled water Now in the masala add eveything which we have grind mis it well on medium flame and add 4 tbsp khoya. Mix it well Add 1 cup milk And according to thickness add water mix it and add 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp khushboo ka masala (jawitri hari ealichi or jaefal) 1 tbsp kasuri methi 1 tbsp namak 1 tsp kewra water Now let it cook for 10 minutes on slow heat close the lid Now check the chicken when the water is evaporated add small amount of oil and fry after frying close the flame and keep it aside Now break the chicken and add prepared masala on it and mix well
