The reason you had hard time reading the Arabic verse is the way you've written the title of the video, Capital i is mixing with small L ... it's easier if written separately as, LA ILLA HA ILLALLAH Translation: There is NO God worthy of worship except Allah (SWT) / There is only ONE God (Allah) This verse is basically the half of the Declaration Of Islamic Faith. The complete Declaration is, LA ILLA HA ILLALLAH, MUHAMMAD UR RASOOL ALLAH ( There is NO God worthy of worship except Allah (SWT) and Muhammad (pbuh) is a messenger of Allah) Hope this gives a better explanation.

'L' on first second and third words of "Laa Illaha Illallah" was 'i' written in capital so you should pronouncenit as 'i' instead of 'L' to become _Laa illaha illallah_ instead of Laa Lallaha Lallah..
