@HolyGK Its a neat instrument. Its wrapped in mylar, which is what makes the mirror part. Zakk says the mylar makes it sound like shit compared to his other guitars so he only uses it live.

Its a product called mirrored mylar. Its a sticky plastic. Just cut the the template out of it and stick em on a black Les Paul custom.

i wish randy were still alive.....but then we wouldn't have Zakk....i'm not sure who i'd miss more for 25 i'd say randy was better than zakk at that age, but now zakk has had decades to improve where as randy only had a few years of rock n roll under his belt coming from all classical, classical family, school, teachings, in that respect i think randy is better but zakk is still awesome beyond comparison to any living guitarist in my opinon

its not like that to me....sweep picking is much easier for me than tremolo picking or alternate picking....i need much more time to learn a alternate/tremolo picking lick than learning a new sweep....

I met him @ HOB Hollywood,i won a trip there singing karaoke. It was for the movie rockstar. I went to the Hollywood premiere of thew film which was a VIP trip and i walked the red carpet with the stars. He was a total JAG OFF at the HOB after party which was also VIP only. Brad pitt, L.L.Cool J,jennifer aniston, brett michaels,quentin tarentino where all there and i have it on video but yeah, he was a jerk at HOB. Well I hope so. Its just that I saw an interview with him were he was talking about his wife in a rather disrespectful way. But maybe thats just he and his wifes jargon - what do I know. I have just started to explore him and it seems like he has gone through a major change. I do admitt though that I have a bit of a problem with that bikerstyle and some of the music he apply today. I liked him better before but I guess thats a matter of taste.

Sweep picking takes months, let alone years, to learn to do properly. From what I've heard in a bit of that is tremelo picking; which takes maybe a few hours or days if you're a decent enough guitarist.
