I am sure it all taste delicious, I am in Ahmedabad so will visit this place very soon. My only concern is that the charcoal was put straight on top of the curry! I have seen it many times before that charcoal is put in something so the aroma goes out in to dish but the ash from the charcoal do not go in to dish, so I think I will probably skip that dish or will ask chef to put foil or little bowl.
