Beautiful. The micing is messing up the sound balance but a beautiful rendition! The soprano is killing those high notes!!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Choral music at its best and one of S A's classic songs.

Thais choir nailed it. Good enunciation, intonation plus all the voices were not throttled. The conductor did a very good job to teach his choir not to jerk with his movements but see it as a directive to be pleasantly executed. Oh I lived the fear they displayed in their eyes to give the song its intend meaning. Big ups.

But why would you write this song at this key and demand a “ppp” at the highest notes??? Yintlonti 🤣🤣🤣 sometimes composers are pulling our legs. The soprano’s are in STRATOSPHERE!!!

This is not the original key. The original one is some way lower than this. For this choir to sing it this high with perfection, that's hilarious. The facial expression says a lot. You need to look very scared, as the song is about a poor young lady experiencing a nightmare, tormented by a witchcraft related creature, which looks almost like a pig, but the size of a cow. All this happens when everyone else is in deep sleep, yet when at last they awaken to come to her aid, the creature has vanished into thin air, and she can only try to describe it.
@marvinzungu3 ай бұрын
This is actually the original key. Older performances used a lower key did not serve the purpose of the composer when he chose E Major. The song became dull. This key makes it better. I agree however that it's very high😂😂
