Zambia Child Health Week👩🏾‍⚕️💙 : Combating Malnutrition During Drought Crisis.

Child Health Week, a biannual event by the Ministry of Health, along with regular growth monitoring, is crucial for our children’s health. Every check-up matters, especially as Zambia faces a drought crisis. Thanks to partners like the Government of Japan, we’re building the capacity of health workers and volunteers to ensure no child is left behind. During times of crisis, routine check-ups become lifesaving. By increasing micronutrient intake and routine immunization, we can combat malnutrition and give every child and family a fighting chance.
