How do you implement a new diaspora policy? When most indigenous popular are bring dislocated away from their heritage indigenous land? How can disporans trust the land acquisition, with so much conflicts rlconcerning land in most parts of motherland?

This is a good window of opportunity to empower these people but instead we are throwing them in the least poverty quintiles. The same tactics colonialist used is what we are using on our people. We might as well just go back to colonial rule. This is very sad and I hope the government will do something about this though i doubt.
