I would say both parties are wrong, chokidar should not be allowed to prevent students from entering the university. This is the matter of college management to think about how to initiate diciplinary procedings against such students. As for as the Police concend, they are exempt from all crimes in Pakistan , highly paando cops the world.Conclusion:- Professers should think more than a common constable.
