Thank You for delivering a well researched difficult topic, with humility and diligence. Pray tell - how does one find someone knowledgeable in all 3 aspects touched upon here: religion, law and medicine?!

Women always play the victim act, however that is not always the case.

I believe you have missed the point with your comment. This talk is not talking about divorce or blaming who's fault the break up was etc. it is highlighting the importance of both parents in the life of the child when there is a break up in a marriage. Both parents need to realise this and not use the child to get back on the other. I am the product of such attitude and it was not easy growing up, both parents constantly talking ill of the other. All I really wanted was some peace.

@@rosesmith4180 i think you are softening the blow, the sheikh was being very generous to not bring dozens of more cases because such cases are rampant throughout the west. These cases show that the great majority of times its the mother who act out maliciously hence the title of the video. Evidentually when it comes to child custody most women are extremely malicious. Its happened to nearly every divorced man. The mother will often disregard the childs best interest only to spite the father. Many who even claim that they wouldnt do such things are the ones who do as they let their emotions of rage, jealousy and hatred cloud their reasoning and given the backing of the feminised system, they always seek out to exploit the system for their own malicious intentions. The moment any man merely calls out what has blatantly been going on for decades regarding this side of domestic life, he is shamed, blamed and name called, he is told to "man up" or called an "incel" because all we have been fed since the rise of feminism is men are most likely to be the abusers as only a mans heart that can have evil intentions. I find it disgusting that many women will disregard not only the mans islamic rights but even the childrens human rights to have a just amount of access to the father by trying to attack men who call out a system that allows women to easily control it. As men, we dont seek to lessen your rights as women, we only seek justice for ourselves and our children. But how narcisstic, selfish and self entitled do women look when women become overly defensive and angry when men ask for justice? Sadly, women can never be placed under scrutiny in todays politically correct, feminist society even when harm to children is going on.

@@earthwarden8548 Not always malicious though, I got married, fell pregnant early into my marriage, during the marriage, I found my husbands mother was and continues to be, a psychotic bully, I witnessed her abuse my husband in front of me countless times, to the extent that she would call the police on him, for no other reason then, when she was in a bad mood, later I found out she has a long history of doing this. she bullied me with a smile literally, she enjoyed it, I had no family or friends to defend me, since I had moved across the country when I married, she made clear her wishes, to have me return to work after the baby was born, so she could assume the role of the 'mother' of my child, she is a narcissist, she wants to feel needed, she was desperate for grandchildren, in her eyes a daughter in law was a necessary evil she thought she could crush. I found out that my husband had lied to me prior to our marriage, and that he actually had a criminal record, I found this out, when the authorities got involved in my marriage after my husband had been caught verbally abusing me in the street while i was pregnant, and the public subsequently phoned the police, I found his record included many violent crimes including attempted murder, during our marriage I also found ,that his family not only consisted of wicked witches, i.e his mother, but also Murderers (not a joke) and slappers, etc the social services got involved, placed my child on a child protection plan, and I fled the city, I live half way across the country from my husband, and will never return to the marital home, although I allow the father of my child to come and see his child whenever he wants, I refuse to allow him to take my child back to his home town, I refuse to allow his family to see my child without supervision, I feel I am not only perfectly within my rights to stipulate such, but it is my duty as a mother, to protect my child from these bad people, even if they are related to my child.

@@btai3330 Who said always? I said mostly and I say mostly because when you hear of divorces in whichever community it's MOSTLY the woman who are acting like a selfish narcissists, making malicious lies about the father just to win custody battles and save face from society.

@@earthwarden8548 You are an angry person, even toward a non combative stranger on KZbin, you have also named yourself 'the feminator' which also demonstrate your disdain for women, you sound like you would be a nightmare to live with to be honest, if your wife ran away, maybe look at yourself? reflect, peace out

Is there anything called the malicious father síndrome, where the father does these things with the support of his family and try to turn his children against the mother, it happened tome for many years I lived it, now my children are adults and we’re all suffering the consequences of that and I’m still the one made to be the guilty one, I can not understand how and why some people are so self absorbed in themselves and selfish

Sorry to hear of your situation, may Allah help you. I guess this can work both ways as described in the description of this video "Though most commonly called Malicious Mother Syndrome, both mothers and fathers are capable of such actions; hence, also called Malicious Parent Syndrome."Having said that I guess it more common in mothers due to the courts always taking their side.
