My wife and I got to visit with the entire band last year after a Cheap Trick show outside the Fox Theater in Bakersfield, CA. When you meet these guys off-stage, you get to see how cool they are as real people. Robin Zander's son (Robin Taylor) was a superb guy to chat with, just a class act. We talked for quite a while. Very easy to converse with--and a sign that his dad is truly also a first-class guy. Nobody can raise a good kid without also being a quality person. Both dad and son are pretty cool guys. Tom Petersen and Rick Nielson were also polite and appreciative to meet the fans that stayed after the show to meet them. I got the impression this band is like a family. I always loved Cheap Trick's music, but after meeting all of them I am a permanent fan. My wife is not a huge rock music fan, but she commented, "Wow, they (Robin and son) are really great to meet in person." See you guys again at the show next in Bakersfield in December!!!

Glad to see young Robin working with legendary producer Jack Douglas, who, not-so-coincidentally discovered dad’s band playing in a Wisconsin bowling alley in 1976. Great little “interview.” These two obviously have a lot of love & respect for each other. ❤️🏁✌🏼

Cheap Trick 2.0 .. best move they ever did..his voice doubles his dad. Ricks son has done a good job replacing Bun E. but I.Will forever miss that dumpy looking guy with a cigarette playing some of the best drums ever.
