I found that their cars are very long and it doesn’t look like a poor country! In fact, it is very common in Asia for the same store to be on the same street! Geographical location is also a type of advertising. When people are accustomed to going to that street to buy medicines, pharmacies opened in other places may be eliminated! I didn’t know you loved drinking beer so much, and I want to remind you that drinking too much beer is bad for your health! Thanks a lot for sharing such a wonderful video, really great job! 👍😍🙏

A lot of kidnapping for slave work, human trafficking, and even human organ trafficking. Just don't get yourself involved with the Chinese over there and if it's hard for you tell them Chinese from other asian apart good luck to you. By I think Cambodia is not very poor if compared to LDC countries. The government wants to delay this period to get the advantages from EBA & GSP that the developed countries help the poor countries . They do this by not taking taxes too much from people so the state income is still low but people incomes not too low. The taxes in Cambodia from people not much as some countries, the main taxes are from big companies.

Being Cambodian American, i find it smart to capitalize on foreign tourist and the fact that 2million foreigners are moving in is going to start an economic golden age. Although the recover was a slow start after the Khmer rouge, you have to understand that moderization is starting with higher tech/architecture. Meaning in the next 20-40 years the melting pot era will happen then it will start another golden age. The only down side is, more foreign aid and defense will have to be in to stop encroaching china. I'm Khmer Chun, meaning Chinese cambodian. Grampa was full cambodian but my grandmother was adopted and she was full Chinese. Having a degree in business.. studying economics etc... that's what I see. milton friedman insight would be so valuable here, but I feel a hong kong type of economic boom coming in. IF my people can get some horticulture development around the aqueducts for more rice mass production and ag education over time. I think the OG's in the outskirts of Cambodia can also thrive economically. That GI that aids the the Cambodian victims that impaired limbs/handicap who teaches them how to create produce silk to live/strive/thrive should also be funded for a bigger company to aid the displace. This is video was only 3 months ago. I'm impress how fast Cambodia modernize, more legal stuff should come into regulation a bit, just incase the growth is too rapid... don't want implosion. A program to bring in the first generation cambodians who has degrees should also be implemented by the government. There are many of us who survived because our parents survived the Khmer rouge. We spread so far in the world. imagine the perspective we have that can aid Cambodia. Schooling from around the world. NZ, Australia, United states, France, Canada and every where else. Our seeds was spread across the world.... In history there are not a lot of other culture ethnic group of people that spread around the world like that. So despite the darkness our people have suffered this was the outcome of our people... The brightest day normally come from the darkest storm. Have pride my people, learn to love yourself. Even if you are not cambodian you are still our people. Under the stars we are no different.

For example, if you need medicine, you go to the place with a bunch of pharmacies. If one place doesn't have what you need you jump to the next one and the same for everything else.

It's very common in Asia to have multiple businesses of the same sort in near proximity.
