Overall this is a pretty good tier list. Although, I think Zanny HEAVILY underrated Duskveil. He should be high A or low S and definitely not in B tier. My personal top 5 bosses in this game would be: 1. Erlang (including the Kaiju phases) 2. Great Sage 3. Yellow Loong 4. Yin Tiger 5. Tiger Vanguard

Dude u really nailed it. I've seen nobody putting Daoist Mi that high, cause he is just too easy as a boss. But his move sets though, are rediculously smooth. They really should've given Daoist Mi better stats. To make that kind of animations for that short of a fight was just luxurious (or wasterful even).
