Unironically, the "Said the Liar" meme helped me. Granted I've been going to therapy, and changing my life to live more authentically, but I have a tendency to react with negative self talk. Even simple things like "I suck" after dying in a video game. For whatever reason, when I feel compelled to insult myself, I have been adding "Said the liar" after, and it makes me chuckle, which helps keep me from having a downward spiral. So, yeah. Unironically helped me by becoming a tool in my routine for improving my mental health.
