Unironically, the "Said the Liar" meme helped me. Granted I've been going to therapy, and changing my life to live more authentically, but I have a tendency to react with negative self talk. Even simple things like "I suck" after dying in a video game. For whatever reason, when I feel compelled to insult myself, I have been adding "Said the liar" after, and it makes me chuckle, which helps keep me from having a downward spiral. So, yeah. Unironically helped me by becoming a tool in my routine for improving my mental health.

2022 was the hardest year of my life. In January I was diagnosed with a chronic kidney failure and had to go through months of dialysis, pain and exhaustion. But it is also the year I was introduced to your videos and they helped me get through it, you are probably the best gaming creator on the channel, and your content is always fun and hilarious and I thank you for that
