@shezapearl This video is wonderful and reminds me of my trip there 9 months ago for my daughter’s birthday. It was a trip of a lifetime. The calm atmosphere with friendly and inquisitive people, the beaches, snorkeling,the markets,the food, swimming with the turtles, visiting the spice farms was an exhilarating adventure. I also visited the areas of enslavement , since I am a woman of color, who wanted to include the historical context in my visit. Thanks for sharing your Zanzibar experience 😄❤

Yes Matthias won the trust of the girls and was able to photograph them but I find this unlawful still because since they are all under-age he needed the consent of their parents before using their pictures. Zanzibar is a beautiful location in pictures, but has been completely ruined by tourism. The foreigners there, play there music loud all night, disturbing the locals. They have no interest in learning about local culture, they just want to drink, play their rubbish boom boom music all night, and cause inflation.
