Thank you for introducing me to this lovely recipe. I'll have to try it! However I do have to mention that semolina isn't gluten free as it comes from wheat, just to let people know.

This looks like something we make in Romania as well and it's absolutely delicious 😋 I'd like to make it but I can't use semolina because it has gluten. Can it be replaced with other types of flour?

Yes. You can use Tapioca flour or Almond flour.
