Yea defently use your medals and gems… i dont quite understand what BoH is, but use your ores instantly to max GG and frozen arrow… and the level of heroes aren’t that important if equipments are maxed… so go first for spirit fox

Depends on how much time you invest (how many accounts you play in legends) and what you played before. If you played blizzlalo on th15 for a long time, you will learn zaplalo really quickly. But if you have no experience and only play 1 account in Legends, i would say i needs 2-3 months full practive (doing everyday all 8 attacks). And after that i would defently say, that you should be able to get at least a top 2k finish
