That’s why i’m a fan too! Zara has some excellent fragrances with very acceptable prices ☺️ especially since they’ve really stepped up their game now since about 2 years or so, the fragrances were great already but now there are some absolute high quality ones aswel!

I like Applejuice smells like Chanel Chance, Hypnotic Vanilla smells like Dior Hypnotic Poison edt, Gardenia smells like Black Opium, Pink Flambe mells like Valentino Also on me the Applejuice lasts if i put it in my hair i can smell it throughout the day.

Hey from the UK I LOVE Zara fragrances, I’ve got Rose Gourmand, Captivatingly Paris & Waterlily tea dress 😊. Really good quality and testing Mancera roses vanille alongside rose gourmand I literally couldn’t tell them apart. Zara is brilliant for perfumes. I do find them good dupes - Captivatingly Paris for Givenchy irresistible and the water Lilly tea dress I’m starting to wear for work Spring/Summer and it’s a dupe for Byredo Gypsy Water. Totally worth a trip to Zara

Ebony Wood has actually become one of my boyfriend’s favorites now too! And it lasts for aaages 💪🏼 I have sniffed Rich Warm Addictive and I agree, loved it and totally unisex. However Ive been reading/hearing a lot of complaints about the longevity so have not purchased… yet 😁

This just goes to show how important it is for reviewers, whether on KZbin or Fragantica f.e., to inform others about their skintype/skinchemistry. Do they have dry, normal or oily skin? Do they often need to overspray to be smelled by anyone? Or just the opposite. Etc etc. Saying that a fragrance is a powerhouse gives potential buyers quite the expectation. But who says it performs that great on everyone? On me? Two sprays? Errr... More like 20, and then I still barely smell it. Ebony Wood isn't that strong on me either. Definitely, definitely not an 80s perfume quality! (And I lived through the 80s 😉). It performs just a tad better than Rose Gourmand, but *on me* it is anything but a beastmode /powerhouse fragrance. (To put my money where my mouth is: my skin is very dry - I need to moisturise with a scent free bodylotion or cream before spritzing - and my PH is often too alkaline due to medication use or suddenly acidic as a result of flares from autoimmune diseases. ). To show you my experience with the ones mentioned here that I have too: Good performance comes from the Chapter 4 perfumes, like Golden Decade. I get 6hrs in Spring, about 3 in our current almost freezing temperatures. Five hours for Sublime Epoque and because I don't like LVEB that much either I can't remember Majestic Opulence. I think 4? Maybe 3. That scent profile just will not work for me. Red Temptation was the ultimate scrubber for me. Disgusting! But...lasts all day - if you want. Deep Garden is nice. I agree with what's said. But quality is really meh. Two hours longevity maybe, when I'm moisturised double and used similar notes in the lotion I might get 3hrs. Violet Blossom is one of the longer lasting, more projecting (and delicious) fragrances of the coloured/square bottles. About 3 hours in winter, 4 to 5 in higher temperatures. Applejuice is a 3hrs perfume in the best conditions, can be 2hrs with just light use. Wonderful crispy-sweet scent for summer, but quality wise...EdT for sure. If Zara upped the quality of some of these square bottle fragrances, like Femme, Oriental, VioletBlossom and thus Applejuice I would probably get stock for life. But, at the moment I'll also keep buying Applejuice and Violet Blossom just for the scent (and because most lighter fragrances last max 3hrs on me, anyway). The others might get the boot, just because I don't want to respray every 2hrs with 20 puffs... I hope this extra info from a dry skinned person was useful. We seem to have a very similar taste - I just do not like Ebony Wood: I only get pepper! - so I'll continue to watch. It's always helpful to get tips from someone with similar taste (thank god, finally another Red Temptation/BR540 hater! Dirty moss indeed! )

Thank you dry skinned person! You are absolutely right, perfumes can def last longer on one person than the other. I dont spray on skin though, my skin is sensitive and breaks out easily when irritated. And as you can see, I wear turtleneck sweaters a lot 😂 So 90% of my perfume goes on my clothes (and on my hair.. i know, i know, it’s drying..). Thanks for sharing your experiences with Zara frags! Nice to hear how they perform on other users. By the way when I wear ebony wood I stop smelling it after like an hour or so. But when my husband wears it he leaves a really strong scent trail that i am smelling all day! Thanks for subbing and commenting! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

How could you hate a fragrance? And besides the fact, that the quality difference between Baccarat Rouge 540 EdP and Red Temptation is huge, Baccarat Rouge is a masterpiece and it doenst gets that much love bc of no reason, just bc you don't wanna like it, or really don't like it if you even own Baccarat, makes it a bad fragrance.....

I just bought Sublime Epoque yesterday and the opening is really the same as My way, but I have noticed that the dry down on me pretty much reminds me of D&G Light Blue… So for me they are really similar but I can feel the defference between them. With this one I prefere the original one. Maybe I should try it in spring. Golden Decade I love this one❤ but somehow my husband doesnt :( I dont know why because it has orange blossom in it and they say man love orange blossom scent.. My husband says its too sweet. But he likes my way on me at least :) For me Golden Decade is a wonderful warm fragrance I love it. Its really close to the original YSL Libre intense. But the dry down again its different, on me it turns into a strong lavender scent.

Fashionably London underwhelmed me so much. Rose gourmand, do not like either. Red temptation literally smelled bad to me. I love Golden Decade, Gardinia, and deep garden.

Had the Deep Garden, very nice, only lasting 2 to 3 hours max. Best I had is Jo Malone line's Fashionably London, very nice fresh rose a bit musky, lasting a bit longer.

Scents are so subjective. I love applejuice and I get complimented on it all the time. I haven't smelled the Chanel but there is a Vince Camuto fragrance that ppl say is also a dupe and it smells very similar to applejuice

I've bough one of zara fragancies, recently, and at the shop it didn't seam bad compared with the others. But when I use it now it smells like Spanish cheap perfume. Don't buy!!! It's my sdvice They are long lasting but on this case is a big no no because you want to get rid of that annoying chrap scent that goes every where you go and can be smelled a 'km' ahead of you Therefor my rating on zara fragancies is 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 waist of time and money.
