Oh my god absolutely agree!! I hate the zara website its shockingly bad as are there ads!! Also my store in Norwich is horrendous, it’s stressing, hot its a mess and they never have anything!!!

Girl, the Norwich one is just sad. Whenever I go anywhere else, everything is set out so much better. Better stock elsewhere too, wish they'd improve their website. Should have made a bigger one and put it in the old Topshop building
