Zara Sale Power Plant Mall Rockwell Philippines. Zara a Spanish fashion retailer opened their first branch in the Philippines at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell in October 14, 2005. This landmark outlet occupies more than 1,500 m² of space. The second outlet of the fashion chain will occupy 2,000 m² at Glorietta, Ayala Center. For some reason we find the Rockwell outlet to have a more discerning selection of clothing and accessories. Zara is one of the numerous international brands handled by Store Specialists Inc. aka Rustan's. Zara will have their next sale on January 3 2013.
