Love your selection! I agree on the issue with returns. I have sent 3 items back recently due to heavy perfume smells. I don't wear perfume so it is especially annoying to me. Even with washing you cannot get rid of it. Each time it has been when my size has popped up I am thinking they were getting passed around. Thanks I enjoy your zara hauls!

It actually hasn’t happened a lot to me, but it is annoying when you like the item but you need to return and purchase again. So time consuming and people could be a bit more considerate when returning an item
