Yes! Absolutely make more videos like these! We already know you’re one of the best BR players out there. Showing your mistakes shows that you’re still human too. Watching edited gameplay that makes the player look perfect can be very discouraging for players trying to improve. Because when they say “I can never be that good!” They’re actually completely correct. And the “here was my mistake, here’s what I should have done…” video format is the most helpful with learning strategy and decision making. Gun skill and movement are hard to teach, they just require practice to improve. Decision making and game sense can be taught.

If I may, I would also advise moving backwards and maintaining a good distance from shotgunners while also hip-firing, so that if you happen to get shot the damage would be less compared to you being up-close

I don't know about others but after high fov been launched,it has been tremendous advantage for shotgun players because of they see the whole movement of the players sliding along their firing line.It becomes easier for shotgun players to detect enemy location when they slide in front of them.It's also advantage for players who are having close range fight with shotgun players because of the same reason.You see that a huge number of players actually can use shotgun just because of high fov.

Excellent video Zara, it’s difficult to go up against very good shotgun players but sure is satisfying as hell killing em’ 🔥 I remember a whole clan chasing me with HS0’s. The one simple trick that work for me being smg player ... slide at exact same time when they slide and shoot while sliding

Shotgun players don’t bother me much anymore IF I know ahead of time that they’re shotgun players. If they catch you around a corner or something, they get you pretty quick. An additional tip to Zara’s tip that has worked for me is backing up while hip firing. It makes them run towards you which is a very vulnerable position. If they slide towards you, even better, it’s easier for you to hit them than them hit you when it’s machine gun hip fire vs single shot fire. As a hip fire strafing SMG guy , I’d rather face a shotgunner than another solid SMG guy.

1st game: finish your meals! Also u don’t need ninja, use side zipline to go straight to the top next to solar panels or use a shotgun while being chased on the zipline. 2nd game: don’t camp on one roof too long, smoke it and rotate every 10 seconds. Finally, if you’re the dirty type, use DNS since it decreases the chances of getting one tapped by SG. Love you bro!

Another tip on how to survive against shotgun players 💡is always moving if u stop moving and standing still it makes it easier for u to get killed i know its a basic tip but just to put on the record lastly when u face a shotgun player do not panic if u panic u will lose concentration and u will die a lot of players do that they panic and lose keep moving to confuse the enemy i learnt this movement from the legend Cod Bougee basically u break ur enemies ankles just shoot slide shoot its kinda hard to explain but once u mastered the movement it will be easier for u to go against shotgun players and giving them a hard time! i hope this helps 😊🙏

I avoid them by shooting and sliding like I'm on drugs. I think it's more effective to slide when you have high ping like I do. I tried the sideways move like you have advised but sometimes I will die despite the shotgun player not even facing me or aiming but that's how it goes. GGs brother 🔥💯

I avoid shotgunners. In the exact same shotgun left to right side slide technique. It helped me many times. I'm a shotgunner myself so it's sometime a bit predictable how it'll come. But honestly the death from above shots are unavoidable
