For me it's very nostalgic going back and listen to these old O&A shows, hearing them talk about news and things that you remember from those years. This show was in 2008 I think. They play music beds from the metal bands "Soilwork" and "In Flames" between breaks and I was obsessed with those two bands back in 2008.
