My A++ grade goes to Zoya. She actually identified a big problem in our society: teacher pay. Public education is responsible for the mass dissemination of the information that has allowed our global society to advance. Without public education giving children and adults lots of information and teaching them how to use that information, the world would not have had most of its greatest developments. So, kudos to Zoya for pointing out teacher pay as an area that needs attention.

A school that has an educational professional to ask kids what excites them. What they see themselves doing ? Of course in the early years it might be like a bus driver or heavy equipment or a mommy or a teacher what ever ask them why that job seems exciting. Record this up until grade 12. Let the child start thinking how they want their job to bring excitement. Of course it’s not 100% going to turn out because life happens and it’s not perfect but let them see what they thought was exciting from early on. Maybe you discern that she wants to be a buss driver because she likes meeting different people everyday and so on.
