This is a preview video of something we're working on over at the main Mishaco channel. Here I briefly compare & contrast two designated marksman rifles made by Zastava (formerly of Yugoslavia, today of Serbia). The M76 is built on a milled receiver and fires 7.92mm Mauser. The M91 is on a 1.5mm stamped receiver and uses the 7.62x54R Russian round.
This is Misha's personal channel. Here he talks about...well really, whatever he wants. So expect stories, opinions, and random reviews on things of interest.
The Mishaco channel, with professional reviews & commentaries from Misha & Jay can be found here:

Reminds me of my Vepr FM-AK54-21, love that rifle. I have a NPZ 6x on it and the firearm is a awesome DMR type rifle. Can’t get enough of the content Misha, thanks for all you do! PS the mag you sent me for my 7.62x54r Vepr works great!

I cannot wait for the PSL vs M91 comparison video. One is about $1K more than the other.

The m91 looks really good with wood furniture, I dont think they bring them in such configuration into the US but ik that there are a bunch of them purchased by Iraq and photos of them tend to pop up from time to time PS: They did it in 7.62x54 becouse they produced the PKM too which replaced the old mg42 which shared cartridges with the m76

But i think typically the wood furniture M91s still had hte milled receiver? Either way, happy for the polymer as it sets the M91 apart more from the M76 (read more of an excuse to have both lol). Both are nice feeling rifles.

My dealer had a Zastava M77 .308 w/ the thumb hole stock that sat in his shop for years. The recoil is terrible according to him

Zastava should make an m91 chambered in 8mm mauser

@@strahinjastevic7480 Honestly, then it would just be an M76. These guns are essentially the same except for the caliber, receiver, and furniture. I think they import X54R guns and not 8mm because of the availability of ammo. Most people buying these are Comblock fans/collectors, and nutters like us tend to stock X54R more than 8mm Mauser. That said, i have a couple tins of real Yugo Mod.75 ball for the M76 ready & willing.

@@misha5670 i think they made m91 in 308 but no one in the usa import that version for some reasons

Review the M77 as well. Great rifle / even better caliber and 1/2 the cost.

Mischa....your the one and only Blind FFL in the United States....good for you! Lots of content, but not being mean, some of your information on these rifles is incorrect. The M76 and the M91 its replacement have what are referred to as tapered barrels. The scope on the M91 is the issue scope. Its cheaper than the M91 8x42 in cost and the newer Russian scope is inferior. Why because the Russians and the Serbs are the same Slavic Peoples. The M76 is superior to the M91 especially with 8mm Match ammo, yet both are adequate being M76 1.75 Moa and the M91 2.75 Moa. The M76 looks like a Tort Tort Receiver build as I do not see the Mitchell Arms importer stamping on the left side of the receiver. And so it goes....

The M91 is capable of much better than 2.75 MOA. I have already shot 5rd groups at 2 MOA with one flyer, 1 MOA if I threw that out, using bulk 182grn ammo. With match ammo, it will be even better. Robski has achieved 1.5 MOA. I have every reason to expect a minimum of 1.5 MOA with a match trigger and ammo from my own.
