the secret of these street milkshake's thickness is xanthum gum or arrow root. if you go towards mummad ali road it gets worst they make some kind of rose and watermelon milkshake where the milk is also adulterated and much cheaper chemical thickener is used. you can make out by the prices they are simply unaffordable if real materials are used.

Khichiya papad is basically a Thari home snack we usually have in-home (Sindh Pakistan). made with white rice flour. I don't think this lady has made it herself that's why she doesn't know the ingredients of Khichiya.
