Honestly my advice to hitting champion is to try to get 2-3 kills off start and if the guy you are fighting is better than you then run away. Snipers were my friend and I would usually chill it out until there was about 10 people left and that was when I would go for a sniper shot, still no W key. Playing end game passive and usually 2-3 kills top 5 is like 10% in elite. This also works for other ranks if hard stuck diamond or elite
