No actually he talking about Fred Hampton he used to be a Vice Lord then became a black panther. The Vice Lord's started in 1957. Google "A Lord Thang" documentary from the 60s we definitely were here before the Panthers but the Panthers were never a street gang to begin with. The Panthers were something much greater and chairman Fred saw that hence that's why he left the Vice Lord's for a better cause.
