Great reaction! Zayn said something about finally finding himself on this new album, meaning musically. He really made this album for himself, something he really enjoys listening to and is proud of having made. He made a point of putting his soul into it, he basically made almost the entire album himself at home. My favorite from the álbum it's “Grateful”, but the live version of “Alienated” it's also great.

Great reaction! One thing about Zayn is that he has always been very honest , humble and grounded you can check his any interview from any timeline this will not change. I don't think you have dug his previous music either except for one mega hit song because his previous music was real good I don't think anyone recommended the right song especially his songwriting has always been poetic and powerful . His new move has upset a lot of his old fans because they were addicted to his previous sound so, it's really brave on his part to prioritise artistic growth. From his previous music I would recommend stand still , satisfaction, Icarus interlude, sour Diesel, Dusk till Dawn , outside , tightrope , it's you , rear view, common , scripted , good guy and many more which are actually deep and meaningful songs especially Icarus falls album. New to this place and really like your channel and am looking forward to more ❤

I really enjoyed this new album mainly because of his vocal performance just like you guys mentioned. You can hear his voice which is very raw along with the instruments throughout the album. Loved the reaction by the way!!!

I thought What I am would be the best song on Room under the stairs. I couldn't be more wrong. The album is magical. We never know whats up with Zayn bc he doesn't care for fame. Kudos to him for that

I love this new album from Zayn! I never followed him before I stumbled across the live Alienated video. I fell in love with that song automatically & am now a legit fan. I didn’t dislike his older stuff by any means (I like some R&B as well), but I also didn’t connect to it like I did with this album. It’s so good! I’m excited for you all to hear more & especially the live Alienated video! 🙂

Zayn's live performance he did May 2016 at Wango Tango Festival was with the band they put together to tour his first album. Then he had the anxiety attack June 2016 before he was suppose to perform at Wembley Stadium. But he has put together another band & did his first live performance since 2016 at Shephard's Bush, London a few weeks ago performing songs from his new album

Make a reaction video of the live version of Alienated, please?? 👀 And I'd love if you two react to the entire Room Under The Stairs album, most people who react to an entire album of Zayn end up liking other songs a lot more than the ones he chose as a single haha I particularly love Zayn r&b, but I also really liked him singing in this new style that he adopted on this album, this style allowed him to be more vulnerable and sincere in his songs (the fact that he wrote and produced most of the songs all by himself also contributed to this), and you can still hear r&b in some songs on this album too, like "Something in The Water", one of my favs btw XD Others that I really like from the new album too: How It Fells ( the best of all in my opinion), My Woman, Greateful, The Time and Dreamin

Zayn also did have a band on his first album but due to his anxiety he stopped performing after the first album & then he was put in a box of what type of music he could do due to his record label at the time’! He said now that he has a daughter he realised that the type of over sexualised songs were not suitable & he found himself strongly drawn to the music of Chris Stapleton & Willie Nelson as influences! I’m of an older generation and for me this album just hit differently to his others! Look forward to seeing you react more to his new music 😊!

I totally agree with you. While I can find a song I like on every ZAYN album, overall I didn't like his style. But his latest album is a nice change and I enjoy listening to it. After ZAYN and Louis left SONY and signed new contracts, their music became much more interesting to me. I hope they both continue to do so 😊

thank you for your review and how you've acknowledged that your initial Zayn reactions were based on knowing him very little. As a fan of Zayn's music who is closer to his age than closer to a lot of his fans and probably those you're speaking of I would like to just comment on how you react to Zayn & his fans. Keep in mind they know everything about him from his early exuberance in 1d to seeing him slowly dim his light (all the while serving killer vocals regardless). They know about his incredible anxiety, how he developed an eating disorder whilst in the band and all the racism & Islamophobic vitriol he received. It went so far that he was compared to a terrorist on a major american program. That's why they're extremely protective of him because what you're seeing now, they've known all along. Now, is it your job to know all the history? Maybe not but you did come off as quite superficial & pompous while talking about him in your earlier videos and knowing the history just means, for fans, Zayn again being judged on a very biased read. This is intended with all due respect. I just wanted to make you aware because the constant calling out of his fans is really uncalled for when you realize they are just protective of the artists they love. Sorry for the length but just wanted to be clear

Louis has a band, a great band with great vocals. That is the issue. As a music reviewer in Australia said when he took his daughter to one of his shows at the start of the tour, he could not hear Louis over his band. 90% of the show, was his band playing and their vocals and the audience singing. He said Louis is just the front man for band. The show could go on even if he was not there.

Your always honest, so am I, Zayn's album charted at number 3 in the UK Charts and went straight out again the following week, I think it still sounds like Zayn and maybe the British ear doesn't like what it hears, but I feel the same about Louis his voice is to Nasal for me to listen to.

@TruthWins-qb9om I can assure you Zayn has been heavily promoted in the UK and he done a small concert in London, he is going to have to put a lot of hard work in to get noticed again, Niall, Harry and Louis have travelled the world promoting themselves, I would also point out that although I don't like Billie Eilish she is really big in the UK.
