Note: On a OnePlus phone, you may need to go to Additional Settings to find Developer Options.

everything worked for me fine, EXCEPT there is no Drawing menu under the Developer Options or anywhere ... but the Animation Scale thing is right under the general Developer Options menus already ... thanks (my Android version: 12)

Tapped build # 7x and nothing..message came up reading "no need,you are already a developer"...????

Some builds had it active. I want to say before Android 13, if you have it just skip the step go to next step

Go back to the settings screen. Try the 'system' page. Then choose 'advanced'. 'Developer options' should be listed at the bottom on some models. Then other instructions are the same.

I turned animations off, to save more battery life. I spend a lot of time on youtube which lets face it, sucks a lot of battery
