delete those app which make u distracted and for dramas remind yourself that after conquering this exam i can watch them and just make a list of "to watch after exam" i do the same thing and it helps a lot .

We do not need any k drama or c drama motivation video however we have to be motivated everytime... Perhaps if it seem impossible , but we have try our level best to be motivated .. I mean literally if we need some kind of video to be motivated then what is the fun of studying
