Ah, I can understand why Kevin has funny English. It's because of the translating. He's not a professional translator.And he's translating on the spot, so he's pretty much just literally translating what they're saying, in the form of the different sentence structures to English. Other than that, such cuties. XD

And this looks like backstage at one of the weekly music shows to me cause you can hear people practicing/greeting in the back. So it must just be a quick interview that they can fit in their schedules

Generally people coming to Australia from Asia don't pick up that much of an Aussie accent, but their accent just goes (as Kevin's is) a weirdish American accent, so that's why his accent is a little odd sometimes. However, you can still understand everything he says, and he did an awesome job translating. I think his English is actually really good, and you'd probably be able to have a normal conversation with him, it's just translating is not an easy thing to do. Great job ZE:A!
