I don't think I am capable of getting you a replacement. Check your warranty and see if it's still valid. You must of been blasting the hell out of that speaker for a prolonged period of time at top volume.

Oh you have no idea. I have some guys biding a shed and I placed it so they can get some music. Boy! they were blown away by the bass and power it has. I too forgot how good it is because I don't usually use it or raise the volume that high. Trust me the bass it top notch outdoors.

You don't need a special charger for it because it uses any USB type C phone charger, a USB port from your laptop or PC, or from a power bank.

Now that is debatable. If you have an music file that was recorded out of range it will sound distorted as soon as you cross the volume's half mark. Likewise if it was recorded to low it would sound like it does not have enough power. So my analysis is that it is very powerful, and does not distort with well recorded audio.

That can only be done by disconnecting on the said device. If you power it on and the current paired device is not in range, it will go into pairing mode and you can pair to another device.

I know exactly what is your problem. Firstly if you connect a USB or SD card you have you have to first format the card or the flash drive using the exFat format or Fat32. NTFS format will not work. Also, you can use a headphone jack to headphone jack cable and connect your phone to its AUX port and it will automatically jump to AUX mode. If it cannot detect any of these formats it will never switch from Bluetooth.
