I love this drama. It shows the reality of religious men, who want to control women, who are against women's freedom because they are jealous. They use the "religion card" to oppress women. It also shows their attitude and behaviour towards women like domestic abuse, judging women's character, slandering women, having no respect for women, forcing them into marriages, snatching their Islamic rights like education or saying no to marriage. It shows that self-righteous are villains in disguise and yet people follow them blindly just because they have a beard. The moral is don't judge a book by its cover. Just because someone has a beard and a tasbeeh in his hands doesn't feel he is angelic and just because someone is a liberal in terms of dressing and lifestyle doesn't mean he is "evil." Bushra Ansari's part shows how men feel insecure when their wives become more successful than them. And they end up marrying someone submissive so they can feel more secure. Character assassination is always done using the "religion card" in jealousy. It's really that even though Islam teaches men to respect men, Muslim men still judge women's character and dressing using extremely harsh language on a daily basis. Social media is an example. Look at actresses getting trolled by the "haram" police who use extremely harsh language to judge women's character and dressing.
