Yes. Its literally called apply to all frame. Check on my list of video for one called "apply to" something

haha no you don't have to press it all the time! if you go in your Tool Properties window and hit APPLY TO ALL DRAWINGS and press on the Creat C from L button, it'll do it for all the drawings automatically. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5S4hIusYsSshbM

ou can activate it in PReferences, advance tab or make it appear by clicking right click in the window frame and getting art layers
