Hello , I can't find the 'Enter' under the Separator Fields , the utility and the plug-ins are up-to-date as of 3/14/2023

Hello, I am using scanner model DS6878-SR. I try to enable GS1 Datamatrix by using 123Scan software. But after load the configuration (enable GS1 Datamatrix) to scanner, then It cannot read anymore. Could you please support me?

Try updating the scanner's firmware to the latest version and test again.
