Not sure if you can help, we are using bartender on a server to print labels with a zebra zq630. I have calibrated via bartender and the printer too and there is no marks in label we checked various settings but on start up when you turn printer on or change media what happens to all the new printers we purchased is two labels are wasted and then it's fine after that no motion appears to be turned on I think so confused. But always two labels are wasted no big deal but seems a little waste.
