They basically we dont know he they died but i think when they died they put the corpse in the Bio Droid or robot and, ¿revived? idk but i think that happend

Biodroids are only droids with biological matter being their source of power (i think, hence the name biodroid) and the rest are just steel, metals and wires. So if they die, they just release the matter around the death site and explode the rest of their components.
